Terms, cancellation and refunds

Who we are

This site is operated by ELLE FITNESS LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, trading as Ellè Fitness. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ELLE FITNESS LLC.

What we offer

We run fitness classes at 117 Mikve Yisrael, Jerusalem, and an open gym at 134 Karl Neter, Jerusalem. We also offer personal training and rent both spaces by the hour. All prices are in US dollars.

Punchcards

Classes and gym time are paid for with punchcards. One punch is one class, or one gym slot. Each punchcard covers classes, the gym, or both, and that scope is shown when you buy it.

Punchcards expire on the date shown at purchase. Unused punches are not carried over past that date and are not refundable once a card has expired. The single-visit punch does not expire.

You may choose to have a punchcard renew automatically. If you do, you will be charged again at the start of each new period until you turn renewal off, which you can do at any time from your account. Turning renewal off does not remove punches you have already paid for. You keep them until the card runs out or expires.

Canceling a booking

Cancel a class or gym booking more than 24 hours before it starts and the punch is returned to your card. Cancel within 24 hours of the start, or don’t attend, and the punch is used.

If we cancel a class, no punch is taken. If a class is canceled after you have been booked in, the punch is returned.

Personal training and rental

Personal training and studio rental are arranged directly with us rather than booked online. They are billed monthly rather than paid for in punches, and an invoice is issued at the start of the following month for whatever took place.

A group training session is charged at the session rate and split evenly between everyone attending.

Refunds

Punches returned under the cancellation policy above go back to your punchcard rather than being refunded in money.

If you have been charged in error, or a service you paid for was not provided, contact us and we will refund the amount to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days.

Opening times

Both locations close for Shabbat and for Yom Tov. Those times follow sunset and therefore change through the year; the times shown when you book are the ones that apply.

Using the gym and studio

The gym has a limited capacity and must be booked in advance. Access codes are for the use of the person they were given to and should not be shared.

Exercise carries risk. Please tell us about any injury or medical condition before taking part, and stop if you feel unwell. You take part at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Israel, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Israel. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be set aside by agreement.
